1. Scope
These terms apply to every visitor of the website and to all content published on it, including product presentations, editorial collection stories and campaign imagery.
Because no checkout is active, nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell. Prices, availability, materials and delivery information are indicative and may change before the first drop opens.
2. Future purchases
Once ordering is enabled, a purchase contract will be concluded at the moment the operator confirms an order in writing. Order confirmation, payment terms, delivery times and the applicable price will be stated during the checkout process and confirmed by email.
Consumers in the European Union will retain all mandatory statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal described in the Returns & Refunds document.
3. Accounts and lead capture
Newsletter and notify-me forms only record the data you enter voluntarily. You may ask for that record to be deleted at any time using the data protection contact stated in the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The GALLON and GALLON 1967 names, logos, collection names, graphics, editorial texts and photography are protected. They may not be reproduced, altered or used commercially without prior written permission.
5. Liability
The website is provided on an as-is basis during the pre-launch phase. The operator is not liable for temporary unavailability, for content of third-party websites linked from here, or for decisions taken solely on the basis of indicative pre-launch information.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated before launch. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your visit.
The governing law and the competent courts will be stated together with the operator details before the store opens.
