Returns & Refunds
Ordering is not yet open, so no returns can arise today. This draft describes the policy that will apply from the first drop onwards.
Pre-launch draft. This document is a working draft prepared before launch and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified lawyer. Operator-specific details are marked and will be completed before the store opens.
1. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you or a person nominated by you takes physical possession of the last item in the order.
2. Condition of returned goods
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all labels and hangtags attached. We may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.
3. How to return
Notify us by email using the contact stated in the Legal Notice, quoting your order number, and send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific campaign, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you prove they were sent, whichever is earlier.
5. Faulty goods and complaints
Statutory rights for non-conforming goods apply in full and are not affected by the withdrawal right. Describe the defect and attach photographs where possible; we will confirm receipt of the complaint and the way it will be resolved.
Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
