Privacy Policy
We collect as little personal data as possible. In the current pre-launch phase the only personal data we process is what you type into the newsletter, notify-me, partner or contact forms.

1. What we process
Newsletter and notify-me: your email address, the product or page the request came from, and the time of the request.
Partner and contact forms: your name, company, email, country, website and the message you send.
Technical data strictly necessary to serve the page, such as your browser's request data.
2. Why, and on what legal basis
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing emails and for any non-essential cookie category you enable.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for answering business enquiries and keeping the website secure and available.
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) will apply to orders once the store opens.
3. Storage and retention
During the pre-launch phase, form submissions are stored locally in your own browser and are not transmitted to a marketing platform. When the store launches, submissions will move to the operator's secured database and this policy will be updated accordingly before that happens.
We keep enquiry data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was given, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by hosting and email providers acting as processors under written agreements. No transfers outside the EEA are made without an appropriate safeguard.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Requests are made to the data protection contact stated above.
6. Cookies
Cookie categories, their purpose and how to change your choice are described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential categories are never initialised before you consent.
