Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is not active yet. Carriers, rates and delivery windows will be confirmed here and during checkout before the first drop opens.

1. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched on working days. Because GALLON produces in small batches, a piece may occasionally be dispatched as soon as its run is finished; the expected date will always be shown before you pay.
2. Destinations and rates
Shipping destinations, prices and any free-shipping threshold will be listed here and calculated at checkout before the order is confirmed.
3. Delivery times
Estimated transit times are indicative and depend on the carrier. Delays caused by the carrier, weather or customs are outside our control, but we will always help you trace a shipment.
4. Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the customs union of the destination may be subject to import duties and local taxes payable by the recipient. Any such amounts are not included in the product price.
5. Damaged or lost parcels
Report visible transport damage as soon as possible and keep the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund in line with the Returns & Refunds document.
